Rotary Elizabeth Quay invites members, guests and friends to our guest speaker events: 'Modern Day Masculinity'.
Our world has changed dramatically in recent years and in many ways it has accelerated societal shifts. In this special event, we will be joined by John Worsfold who has coached both Essendon Football Club and the West Coast Eagles Football Club. Recently John has stepped into a leadership role as the Manager of People and Culture for Emeco Group in Western Australia.
John will share his personal leadership journey and insights in what it means to be a good man in a world of change. Our members and guests will also hear his views on navigating male football culture and team leadership. The panel discussion will explore the topics of leadership, mental health, masculinity both on and off the field. Finally, the Man-Up leadership team will participate in the informal networking activities to continue to facilitate the conversation about how these insights relate to each of us.
Keynote Speaker: John Worsfold (HR Director, Coach and Teaming Expert)
Panelist: Gareth Shanthikumar (Co-Founder/Director - Man-Up) and Special Guest (announced shortly)
