Introduction to Modern Arnis
Modern Arnis is a practical Filipino martial art that uses single or double weapon as well as empty hand at various ranges. This class will focus on the fundamentals of Modern Arnis.
Let us know if you will bring your own pair of sticks. They should be in good condition (no splinters, smooth, taped if necessary, preferably not squishy).
We will have extra pairs available for purchase and use.
