ModelUP™ — Module 1: Walk & Confidence Lab is the foundation of the ModelUP™ program, focusing on how confidence begins in the body and shows up through movement.
This module focuses on:
• Runway fundamentals: posture, alignment, pacing, and turns
• Walking with intention and ease
• Confidence-building through repetition and body awareness
Participants are coached through movement fundamentals that support presence, control, and self-trust — on and off the runway.
