This is your chance to strut your stuff and potentially land your big break. Whether you're a seasoned model or a rising talent, this event is open to all aspiring individuals looking to make their mark in the industry.

Come prepared with your best outfits, headshots, and a winning attitude. We will be on hand to provide feedback, guidance, and maybe even a few surprises along the way. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and take the next step towards your dreams.

AGE LIMITS: 4-17, 18-28, 35-55

BODY TYPES: Petite/Curvy/Plus Size/Transetters/Oval/Pear/Apple/Rectangular/Leaned-Toned/Muscular/Athletic

MODEL HEIGHTS: Kids (All lengths)/Men: Starting at 5'11'' - 6'3''(Runway)- ALL Others: 5'7'' and above. WOMEN: Starting at 5'9'' - 6'1'' (Runway)- ALL Others: 5'2'' and above.

Pro Model Portfolio Shoot Contract Signing (ALL participants should

plan on the Pro Model Portfolio Shoot, unless taking the class. The Pro

Model Shoot is $375, includes all digitals, portfolio book, and images.)

Portfolio/Resume/Headshots/or 3 Photos

Professional Models must have up-to-date portfolio and resume, if not, SLMTA can arrange to get it done for $375.

Black Leggings, Vest Top, Heel/Dress Shoes (No Wedges, holes in clothes)

Business Casual, Collared Shirts (No Tie Necessary), Dress Shoes

*The Photo Release you will read below is your understanding that we can take your picture for the purpose of this event and utilize it for your portfolio or SLMTA related purposes. *

If there is time, I can do another Headshot for $25/each @$SamuelLombardo (CashApp).

I hereby acknowledge that this SLMTA Photo Release Form became effective on the date that this release been read on the online ticket form.

I hereby authorize SL Models & Talent Agency , LLC to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs of me to be used for promotional materials.

I hereby acknowledge that I will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action.

I authorize the use of my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided it is done for lawful purposes of this release.

Upon the usage of my photographs, I consent to such materials becoming the sole property of SL Models & Talent Agency, LLC, and that I will no longer be entitled to them, provided that it is, done for lawful purposes.

I hereby release all rights to any, but not limited to claims, rights, demands, and/or any courses of action by me or my representatives, heirs, or anyone else.

Futhermore, I hereby waive my rights to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of the photos referred to in this Form.
