Join us on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 for an immersive, interactive, and impactful evening to celebrate UNAGB's 50th anniversary!
This year UNAGB will be celebrating 50 years in the Greater Boston area. We’ll have the opportunity to look back at the incredible leaders who’ve been involved in this organization in the past and we will be launching the future of the organization by imagining all that we’re going to do in the next 50 years. Which is why we’re kicking off our 50th celebration with a potent, experiential event on October 16, 2024, and simultaneously launching a million-dollar comprehensive campaign!
Dress : Business Casual - feel free to represent your Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) color of choice or National Dress!
The Program
This experiential fundraiser will take place in the early evening, starting with a global cocktail reception with signature cocktails from around the world. Then, guests will settle in to a fun and interactive activity where participants will have the opportunity to experience UNAGB’s unique Model UN program themselves (don’t worry – you’ll have staff and alumni coaches to support your team!). After a brief break to refresh their glass and taste another appetizer or two, guests will return to the program for part two – inspiring student and alumni remarks followed by a spectacular live auction.
The event will celebrate Boston’s diverse, international and interconnected community, bringing together 200+ of our community’s leading decision-makers and thought leaders from various industries, including representatives from global corporations and international consulates, to honor the impactful work of UNAGB and support the next generation of global leaders! Funds raised from the Model the Future Campaign Kick Off Event will support UNAGB’s mission to teach essential skills to young people as they grow into leaders building a more sustainable future for all.
