Further, I the applicant, expressly agree to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting with the applicant and under the direction or control of the applicant.

This includes social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) and/or Modded Kulture LLC, Firebird Motorsports Park, Radford Racing School (newsletters, Blogs, website, advertisement, etc.). I also agree to allow the publication or broadcast use of my name in connection with any photo(s) and/or video images taken, and I understand that I will not receive any payment or gift of any kind for my voluntary participation or future use of any photo(s) and/or images of me or my property or entry.
