Further, I the applicant, expressly agree to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting with the applicant and under the direction or control of the applicant.
MEDIA RELEASE: I hereby consent to release for possible publication my name and/or photo(s) and /or video images taken by any authorized Modded Kulture LLC, Sac Speed Shop, Fire Bird Motorsport Park employee or staff of this event, or any media representative for news and/or publicity purposes. This includes social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) and/or Modded Kulture LLC, Sac Speed Shop, Fire Bird Motorsport Park (newsletters, Blogs, website, advertisement, etc.). I also agree to allow the publication or broadcast use of my name in connection with any photo(s) and/or video images taken, and I understand that I will not receive any payment or gift of any kind for my voluntary participation or future use of any photo(s) and/or images of me or my property or entry.
