The ModCon Challenge Bootcamp is a brilliant opportunity for people learning to skate and play roller derby. We have some highly skilled and regarded coaches across Victoria. We will finish the Bootcamp with a Mod Scrimmage to put the skills you've learnt into practice.This year is bigger than ever with two tracks plus off skate classes!
When: Saturday 12th April 2026 - 9am to 5pm
Where: Eltham Leisure Centre - 40 Brougham St Eltham (timber basketball floor)
What to Bring: Your Skates & Protective gear, lunch (no stores close by), drink bottle, pen & paper (Snacks will be provided). Teflon (or another cover must be on knee guards), there will be some available to purchase on the day as needed.
Who can register: People of all genders who are 15 years and older. This bootcamp is suitable for all levels learn including off-skate, learn to skate/non-contact, low-contact, mod-contact & pre-bouting.
Off-Skate Classes are for everyone & On-Skate Classes are for people who have been cleared for some level of contact by thier clube.
All participants must have permission to attend from their home club and have the appropriate level of insurance.
Cost:
$60 ($50 Concession). Please message to arrange a payment plan if needed :)
