Meet other mocktail-curious folks for an evening of shaking up delicious booze-free drinks.
Participants will start the evening with a welcome drink. Your host will guide you through making two hands-on mocktail recipes illustrating different mixology concepts.
You’ll and taste different non-alcoholic products and explore how to use them in your own creations at home.

Lila Volkas is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and non-alcoholic beverage educator based in Oakland, California. Since 2012, she has led food and beverage workshops for thousands of participants worldwide, partnering with companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon to create team-building and wellness experiences.
Her journey into the world of non-alcoholic drinks began in 2015, inspired by her own health challenges. Today, Lila is passionate about crafting celebratory, booze-free beverages that are as delicious as they are nourishing.
