About this Event
Lincolnshire CIPD are proud to be holding their Annual General meeting at Bishop Grosseteste and a fantastic Mock Tribunal. This is a great opportunity to network with other HR professionals and explore the tribunal hearing process. Chattertons Solicitors and Wealth Management have developed a scenario based on an unfair dismissal claim, with consideration of handling mental health issues during a disciplinary process and potential implications under the Equality Act 2010. You will also learn how actions taken by employers in the workplace could play out in the court room.

The fictional judge will decide the outcome of the case, providing the opportunity to understand what evidence a Tribunal is likely to place weight on. After the decision, the outcome will be summarised and there will be opportunity to ask questions with some food after the event for
