About this Event

Find your flow, break a sweat, and recharge your spirit at moCa Moves — a new monthly wellness program at the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland. In partnership with DJ Zasimo Maximo and Grooveryde, this unique experience blends movement, music, and community inside the museum.

Participants will be divided into two groups: one group begins with a 30-minute cycling session with Grooveryde, while the other practices yoga. After a 10-minute reset, the groups will switch to complete the full mind-body workout.

Please bring your own yoga mat for the yoga session.

This program is inspired by our current exhibition by Maggie Menghan Chen, whose work incorporates dance and music elements from Zumba, hip hop, krump, vogue, and ultimately metal to offer an outlet for the pent-up energy of an international community in isolation.

After class, keep the energy high with live music by DJ Zasimo Maximo and toast your wellness journey at our post-workout mimosa bar!
