Mobilizing Leadership: POP-UP COACHING EVENT

Join us for a special Mobilizing Leadership Pop-Up Coaching engagement!

Through this unique and engaging two-hour event, you will be moving through our Leadership Gameboard format to explore perspectives on what individuals and teams want to create for yourself and others in LIFE and WORK with greater CLARITY and INTENT.

Stuart Morse of The Morse Group and Jennifer Janowitz of Got Moxie Coaching & Consulting will provide interactive coaching utilizing the Morse Group Leadership Gameboard engagement methodology and Got Moxie coaching process.

A selection of tools and methodologies will be used to generate positive actions you can use going forward:

• (See it, Own it, Create within it): A foundational tool that helps to align people's thinking, clarifies their willingness to act, and creates clarity towards specific actions they plan to take to create the change that is desired.

• (Through Risk U Shape Trust): Organizes risks to be navigated in pursuit of an objective, defines tactical actions to mitigate those risks, and creates a level of transparency and safety in pursuing opportunities that people want to achieve.

• : Provides structure and strategies for people to lead in the moment with greater clarity, positivity, and intention on a more consistent basis.
