About this Event
ICAAPS is a resource and referral-based agency designed to assist federal, state, regional, local, and tribunal law enforcement officers with alternative tools to meet the community's basic needs. Our efforts are designed to drive immediate resources such as Community businesses, Housing, Employment and School Enrollments in places that need them the most. We navigate in resources through all emergency rescue efforts, local or national disaster relief efforts, intervention/ protection initiatives, and transitional or supervision care needs.
This event will be held for the purpose of Mobilizing Communities with resources as we bring together collectively 27 economically disproportionately impacted communities in cook county. The main focal point of this event will be for us to analyze and investigate strategies that will allow us to have constructive discourse and dialogue on how we can assist these areas in rebuilding after the pandemic.
