Join WTS for our lunchtime February program highlighting sustainable and mobility transportation initiatives around the Kansas City metro.
Speakers for the program include:
- Bailey Waters, Chief Mobility Officer at the City of Kansas City, will present on sustainable transportation through separated mobility lanes and lessons learned from road diets.
- Lisa Womack, Senior Manager of Mobility and Innovation at Johnson County Transit, will provide service updates and highlight current projects including a strategic plan, the Metcalf corridor study, and a current research project.
- Karen Clawson, MARC’s Air and Climate Programs Manager, will speak about MARC’s mobility work through the Way To GO program.
Lunch and 1 PDH will be provided. Q&A at the end, if time allows.
Cost: $10 Members/Public Sector, $30 Non-members
