This class uses a combination of movements stemming from basic stretching to yoga poses to physical therapy motions.We will start with a gentle warm up from head to toe and then we explore expansion with our muscles by moving through and in stretched positions allow oxygen in the muscles to reach those tight areas. This is extremely helpful for individuals who have sedentary jobs and are looking for ways to help keep that body moving and flowing smoothly.
