This is not a stretching or strength class. Mobility is the ability to actively move the joint through it’s full range of motion in the joint and creating power in that range for health and longevity. Mobility is what keeps us moving well, pain-free, and performing at our best, with control.
In these 11, 45-minute classes, we will work on restoring joint mobility, improving sliding surface, and enhancing ranges of motion and motor control by using foam rollers, balls, and straps to target the muscles, joints, fascia, and nervous system, allowing them to work together.
