These Classes are excellent for brand new beginner OR a seasoned lifter. Everyone will be starting from their own place and there's no competition.We will focus on UNLOCKING stiff joints, bringing movement back to your body & improving your overall well-being.
Bring a friend or loved one! Not only is it more fun but it can be easier to work through the moves with someone so you can correct and improve your techniques.
Class Times EVERYDAY except Sunday!
Monday - Friday 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Mon/Wed/Fri: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Tue/Thur: 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30-9:00 a.m.

Just $15/class to drop in OR we have an UNLIMITED MONTHLY Package that includes a 24/7 access membership to the Studio along with access to any of our other Boot Camp & POP Pilates Classes as well.
