**Mobile Strength** is a supportive, chair-based fitness class designed for wheelchair users or anyone needing a seated option.
Sessions are relaxed and designed to educate you in essential exercises and approaches to build confidence when exercising, using your wheelchair or walking aids.
You’ll learn to train at your own pace, meet others on a similar journey, and feel yourself getting stronger each week.
Each session is fully inclusive & low-impact, with an aim to target your core muscles and upper body strength, for those using walking aids, we also cover balance, stability, strength and endurance for the low body.
The best part of this class? Once the session is over, there’s no need to wait a week to start again. With access to my App, you can follow sessions at home using resistance bands. And should you have questions, just message me in-app for advice and coaching tips.
