• What makes a good photo? (Lighting – Angle – The Moment)
• Different modes (HDR – Portrait – Night Mode)
• How to hold your phone and adjust the settings
• Simple visual composition (Rule of Thirds – Framing – Balance)
• Capturing the moment & shooting at the right time

• The photo that tells a story
• Choosing an angle, light, and frame that serve the idea
• Play the “Idea × Shot” game
• Divide participants into small groups
• Each group will shoot a simple idea on-site

About the instructor
Mohamed Mamdouh is a 30-year-old, visual artist from Alexandria, Egypt. With 10 years of experience, he specializes in street photography and visual storytelling. Recently, he has worked as a videographer and director of photography for various commercials.
