This high-energy, outdoor fitness event is designed for athletes of all levels, whether you're HYROX-curious or race-season ready. Join Tiffany Peltier, Official HYROX Performance Coach, North American Head Wall Ball Judge, and seasoned competitor, for an unforgettable workout experience that simulates the official HYROX format.

We have two options for the HYROX Training Club workout.
Workout 1: 0830 - 0930
Workout 2: 0945 - 1045
Workouts will include a warm-up, movment preparation, detail instructions for the workout, and a cool down.
We will supply salts and water, snacks, music, and the fun energy.
