The Mobile Dentist will be here at Crenshaw October 17th and 18th! This is an easy and convenient way for your children to see the dentist.
What may be covered during this dental visit:
- A regular check of your child's mouth and teeth by a state licensed dentist
- Cleaning
- X-rays (as needed)
- Fluoride treatment and sealants (as needed)
- Fillings may also be provided
Following the visit a dental report card will be sent home with your child. There are 2 ways to sign up for this opportunity. Online at www.MySchoolDentist.com or fill out and return the consent form which is being sent home with your child. Consent forms are due back on Tuesday October 1st.
