MOBILE BLOOD DONATION 📌Who: 16 - 17 years old (with parental consent) and 18 - 60 years old 📌When: April 5, 2025, 8AM-1PM (Saturday) 📌Where: Esteban Watin Memorial Sports Gym, Barangay Tuyom, Carcar City, Cebu 📌Requirements: 1.) 50kg pataas ang timbang 2.) Blood pressure 90/60 mmHg to 160/90 (but should not exceed 140/90 mmHg) 3.) Normal hemoglobin value 4.) Able to eat 4 hours before donation 5.) Able to sleep for at least 6 hours straight 6.) No tattoos, body piercing, or surgery within the past year 7.) Not pregnant 8.) No history of casual sex or unprescribed injectable drugs (surrenderers or learners are allowed as long as they are healthy and have not used drugs in the past year) 9.) No smoking on the day of donation
