BUILDER: Limitless Homes, LLC

Limitless Homes, LLC was originally formed in 2018 as “Limitless by Truland Homes,” which quickly spun off to a stand-alone company and has served as a separate operating entity since 2019. Chris Bailey and Nate McMullin ran the business together beginning in 2020 and became co-owners of the custom home-building company in 2023 when they purchased Limitless from 68 Ventures.
As an independently owned company, Limitless is a full-service custom builder that prioritizes top-notch quality and customer service in every home built, including a variety of sizes and styles. With Limitless, customers have the choice to design and build a fully custom home, work with an existing plan to achieve a semi-custom design or purchase an inventory home built in one of the established communities of Baldwin County, from Olde Towne Daphne to Ono Island, that Limitless is proud to help grow.
From concept to creation, the team at Limitless guides clients each step of the way to create an enjoyable experience creating their new home.

DESIGN COORDINATOR: Gina Cox

Gina Cox has worked in the design field for over 10 years, pursuing her passion by giving life to livable, beautiful concepts for the home. Her responsibilities range from sourcing materials, guiding clients through the design process, serving as liaison between clients and construction team and finding solutions for all things design related. Her goal is to create timeless spaces infused with clients’ preferences and consideration for how they live their day-to-day lives, executing their vision through innovative ways they may not have even considered.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGNER: Mason Ballard | MLB Designs, Inc.

Mason Ballard is a distinguished residential designer with over 20 years of experience in the field and thousands of designs throughout the Gulf Coast region. As the owner of MLB Designs, Inc., Mason has dedicated his career to creating innovative, functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces that stand the test of time. A proud member of the American Institute of Building Design as a professional building designer, Ballard has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and professionalism in every project. His expertise extends to sustainable and eco-friendly design, evidenced by his certification as a Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders. His extensive experience and passion for residential design have earned him a reputable standing in the industry, where he continues to lead with creativity, integrity and a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and desires.

Prodisee Pantry
At Prodisee Pantry, filling plates with healthy food and filling hearts with hope is a mission and passion. Volunteers are the heart and energy of the organization, making sure Baldwin County’s food-insecure families have access to healthy locally sourced fresh foods and connections to other needed services. Prodisee Pantry does so much more than provide groceries. Families and individuals get encouragement, referrals and can walk over to dozens of onsite supportive services including employment and job training, free legal help, medical, dental and mental healthcare, housing and homeless, aging and veteran services, budget counseling, addiction and drug education and so much more! Since 2003, caring volunteers have filled shopping carts with food and shared hope over 220,000 times with the families struggling financially due to unemployment or underemployment, poverty, crises or natural disasters.
