MOAB (management of aggressive behavior) presents principles, techniques, and skills for recognizing, reducing, and managing violent and aggressive behavior. This training focuses on humane and compassionate methods of dealing with aggressive people. Join us as Cheshire Medical Center security officers and MOAB trainers demonstrate and answer your questions about dealing with people who are upset, how to manage if it goes wrong, and most importantly how to protect yourself.Who should sign up?
This training is open to anyone who is looking to learn techniques on managing aggressive behavior and avoiding physical confrontation. This may apply to employees or individuals working with others.
