Love the idea of having your own business, but what about the financials? Running a business all boils down to the numbers, the math that makes it work. If you don’t like numbers or don’t know where to start with investors, then this session is for you. Learn the basics of business finance you need to know for profitability and how to leverage grants and other government resources for launch. We’ll also cover the basics of fundraising from loans to pitching investors.

Location: North York Central Library, Room 1 (2nd floor)

Time: 6:30-8 pm

Registration encouraged via Eventbrite. Drop-ins welcome until capacity is reached.

For more information, contact the Business, Science & Technology Department (4th floor) at 416-395-5613.
