MNMove Pop-up Classes @ Northloop Green

As a part of the first MNMove Fitness Festival, join some of your fav local fitness and yoga studios for FREE pop-up classes throughout the day! Bring your yoga mat, tennis shoes, water and anything else that helps you move! Stick around post class, and throughout the day to walk around the Green and view a multitude of other Twin Cities based wellness companies. Info: 9:00am Yoga Sculpt with Carpe Diem Studio: Yoga Sculpt is a full-body, cardio and strength class that follows the general format of a Yoga Flow class while adding in a little extra sweat! It will leave you feeling strong and energized using nothing more than your body weight. This class is accessible to all ages and all fitness levels, different options are always offered and available for all exercises!
