MNLY HYROX Anaheim Shake-Up Event
Join us and prep for Sunday's race. We'll be doing a light sand jog, ocean cold plunge and some flow/mobility work in preparation for the HYROX Anaheim race the following day.
A nice healthy food option and coffee will be provided on the morning and this will also allow us to give you your MNLY Race Gear as well
