The Minnesota Renaissance Festival began its journey in September of 1971 on a 22-acre field in Jonathan, MN. More than 25,000 people visited the two-weekend grand opening of the festival, then named “A Celebration of Nature, Art, and Life!” That celebration has since relocated to Shakopee, MN and has grown to be the largest Renaissance Festival in the United States with an annual attendance of 300,000. Join in the fun during its 53rd season! There’s something for everyone; arts and crafts items, rides and games, food and drink, and costumes!The bus will leave Parkers Prairie at 6:45 am and Alexandria at 7:30 am (there will be additional stops along I-94; inquire at time of reservation). We will depart the Festival at 7 pm.
Price is $70 per person and includes gate admission as well as access to all entertainment shows, including the Tournament Jousting and Theme Weekend Events.
