Chef Jim Kyndberg has resided in the Saint Croix Valley for the past 22 years. A native of Minnesota with a passion for food, family, and all things related. Honors include guest chef at the James Beard house in New York City, and guest chef for twelve plus years running on MN Bound’s TV segment “Wild in the Kitchen with Laura Schara.” Jim went on to become Executive Chef and Owner/Operator of The Bayport Cookery and has served as Executive Chef for Radisson Blu (Minneapolis, MN), Culinary Director for Kaskaid Hospitality (best known for CRAVE), Executive Chef for Cossetta’s Restaurant (Saint Paul, MN), Executive Chef for Dellwood Country Club (Dellwood, MN) and is currently Executive Chef for Stillwater Country Club (Stillwater, MN).Cru Restaurant - Lower Level of Gull Lake Center
