This year for MMIW2S we are organizing a Red Dress themed fashion event. This event will showcase a demo graph of young First Nations women wearing red dresses they create with traditional designs that have meaning to them as a person. This is to shed light on the serious issue, create awareness, learn new skills, practice our traditional art, sharing pieces of our culture and empowering one another for a brighter tomorrow.
