About this Event
Join the Alameda County Unincorporated Area Clean Water Volunteers for our annual Martin Luther King Day Jr. Day of Service by cleaning up litter and enhancing wildlife habitat at Don Castro Regional Recreation Area! Thank you to our partners at East Bay Regional Park District.
Volunteers should wear work clothes and sturdy shoes that can get wet (no sandals), long pants, and bring gloves if you have them. We will provide trash pick-up gear, gloves to lend, and tools.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN RE-FILLABLE WATER BOTTLE.
Volunteers must be age 10 and up only for safety (even if accompanied by an adult).
Volunteers age 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Volunteers age 18 and under will need to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
