MLK Jr. Day of Service

Join us for a meaningful day of service that honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy of community support and compassion! This special event invites families and children to make a positive impact in Charlotte.

Event Details:

• Ages: Children ages 5 through elementary school (accompanied by a parent or guardian)
• Service Projects: Collaborative volunteer opportunities with local community partners, including: Roof Above/Room in the Inn, Nourish Up, Crisis Assistance, Charlotte Family Housing

What to Expect:

• Hands-on community service projects
• Family-friendly volunteer activities
• Uptown Grill & Beatz Food truck on site from 12-1 PM (open to the entire community)

How to Participate:

• Registration is required for planning purposes
• Adult and youth volunteers welcome
