MLK Jr. Day is a day meant to call everyone into the service of others. While the kids are off school, join us on January 19th, from 10am – noon to do a meaningful service project together, have a short discussion of MLK Jr and the importance of his life and work, and enjoy some breakfast snacks. All ages children to adults welcome!This year, we’ll be creating hygiene kits for students through Bless Our Schools and decorating lunch bags with encouraging messages for Sienna Francis House. Please bring hygiene supplies such as:
deodorant
shampoo/conditioner
body wash
toothbrushes/toothpaste
lotion
chapstick.
Even if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to donate supplies by dropping them off during KidMin, in the front office, or in the bin in the rotunda.
