Are you looking to make a meaningful contribution for Martin Luther King Jr. Day? Join Rachele Rose on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 6 p.m. for an all levels hatha yoga class. This community class is free to attend; however, you are welcome to make a donation. All donations will go to the Ron & Marie Teasley Foundation.This fully guided class will incorporate breath awareness and postures that are intended to help calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a series of gentle movements to help you strengthen the connection between your mind, body, and breath. This class will conclude with a restorative meditation and a 5 minute Savasana. Beginners are welcome!
Limited studio spots are available. This class will also be live-streamed via Zoom for virtual attendees.
