Ypsi trio Modern Lady Fitness are thrilled to announce the release of their double vinyl LP, a compilation of the “Feast” series. The album showcases an evolution of MLF’s sound, bringing together four EPs that highlight a range of minimal punk to long form post-rock tracks.Joining MLF will be the Bay City duo Source of Light and Power, as well as local hero Fred Thomas, who just debuted the beautifully expansive double vinyl LP, Window in the Rhythm, on October 4.
