METHOD OF ENTRY – Random Draw
ENTRY LIMIT - Maximum of 250 runs per trial
DRAW OPENING DATE – MONDAY, AUGUST 11, 2025, at 8 AM Eastern
DRAW CLOSING DATE – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 at 5 PM Eastern RANDOM DRAW DATE – WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025, at 7 PM Eastern
RANDOM DRAW LOCATION – changes made is is location of the draw which will be at 891 Red Fern Rd. Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The trials themselves will still be held at Hardin County Fairgrounds, 5617 South Dixie Highway, Glendale, KY.
Electronic entries will be accepted at https://run4funtn.net/events/ Note that there is a fee assessed for this service by the 3rd party provider. Online entry will NOT be available before the Draw Opening Date or after the Entry Closing Date as shown above.
TRIAL LOCATION AND HOURS
Hardin County Fairgrounds, 5617 South Dixie Highway, Glendale, KY
Saturday - Sunday – 7 AM to 6 PM Eastern
Morning check-in from 7 – 8 AM daily Afternoon check in time will begin at 11 AM and will continue until the Briefing. All exhibitors must be checked in by end of check-in period above or they will be considered "ABSENT".
Briefing for Trial #1 each day will begin at 8 AM. The Briefing for Trial #2 each day will begin following the closing of Trial #1. The searches will begin immediately following the Briefings.
