CYCLE with MKE REC:
Start with a winter bike ride with your favorite MKE REC Community Bike Club bike leaders. Rides are typically a 60-90 minute slow roll, no drop ride on mostly flat trails.
Rides are free, but registration is required.

What to bring for winter riding:
🚲 Bike
⛑️ Helmet
💧 Water bottle
🧤 Warm clothes
👙 (optional) base layer that you can wear in the sauna
STEAM with HEAT HAVEN (optional):
Finish with a steamy sauna session in one of Heat Haven's mobile saunas. During our *MKE REC dedicated* hour, you'll steam for 10-15 minutes with 2-3 minute cool-down breaks in between. There will be a fire and/or propane heaters outside the saunas. Afterwards feel free to purchase some snacks and beverages at the on-site concessions and socialize with your fellow cyclists by the warmth of the fire.
**Registration is separate through Heat Haven.**
