MJ OWN NETWORK SHORT FILM FESTIVAL is an international independent short film competition. Help bringing talented filmmakers out and help them promote their work. Our goal is to find , SCREENED and SUPPORT NEW FILMMAKERS PROJECTS AROUND THE WORLD.
MJ OWN NETWORK was Established in September 19, 2020, CEO Mariah Jerido dreamed of making films and a television platform for the film industries. Because of her own dreams she looks forward to filming the movie on her life and helping others. She loves being a leader through film that empowers, provides and honors individuals who have struggled in the film industry such as she did.
Filmmakers please submit your films. Films cannot exceed more then 15 minutes. You may submit more then one and each film is require a entry fee per-one film, The winner film will be shown on MJ OWN NETWORK streaming platform for 8 months ,presented an award and a cash prize of $1000 to 3000. Short Films must be produced or directed by you! Selected participants will be notified by email.
MJ OWN NETWORK SHORT FILM FESTIVAL RULES
* You must own the rights or have permission from the owner.
* The Festival relationship will exclusively be related to the film submitter.
* All Foreign film s must have English subtitles.
* Fees are non-refundable.
* We are not responsible for damaged copies.
* Student discount must present a valid Student ID in order to receive our discount.
* MJ OWN NETWORK can consider any film to be disqualified if the festival considers the content inappropriate. If you have any question regarding this decision you might contact us at our email address [email protected]
* Filmmakers can submit the film in multiple categories in order to become a multi-award film. Still, the decision about the selection is strictly determined by our judges' team and no selection is guaranteed.
* A fee is required for the main category submission and also fees for additional categories. For payment structure visit ( MJ OWN NETWORK website).
* The applicants (submitters) must accept AWARD Rules and Terms
* Submitting your movie, you authorize MJ OWN NETWORK SHORT FILM AWARDS to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills in our social media. Not all the submissions are selected for the official competition Good Luck.
