What’s is MixxedFit?
MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body weight toning.

What to expect the day of training:
❌ We’re starting the day with a 75 minute masterclass
❌ The introduction and history of MixxedFit
❌ The introduction of the MixxedFit Basic Moves
❌ Presenting your group performance song and routine

This day is not only about starting your instructor journey, it is a great way to get in a workout AND meet new friends and instructors that will turn into family 🥰
