Mixology: Home Bartending for Non-alchoholic & Alcoholic Beverages

For ages 18 & up

Learn a little about the art of mixology as you create festive, non-alcoholic cocktails. Our experts will share some insider's tips on setting up an all-inclusive bar with delicious options for those who imbibe and those who refrain. You'll learn a little about the key components needed to build a great bar at home - from selecting libations, to the tools needed, garnishes to have on hand, and simple ways to accommodate a range of guests. As you sample the results of your nonalcoholic efforts paired with an appetizer, our instructors will show you how quick and easy it can be to make tasty bites that perfectly pair with each one. 

For ages 18 & up.

With a Mixologist guiding you, you'll create: 

• Sangria

• Punch with a Stunning Ice Block

• Seasonal Berry Daiquiri

Our Instructors will show you how to make and you'll sample: 

• Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Romesco Sauce

• Grilled Corn, Tomato & Feta Salad with Herbs

• Clafoutis with Seasonal Fruit

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
