About this Event
Looking to grow your bartending skills? For this workshop, we’ll be going back to basics with The Avenue Cafe bartender, Dani Raymond. Dani has worked in this community for years, developing signature cocktails for The Avenue and planning and attending events with fellow Eastside neighbors. From a martini to a manhattan, in this class you’ll learn the mixology techniques needed to master the classics while exploring infusions and how you can put your own spin on cocktails at home.
The Dine & Discovery Series at ANC is generously sponsored by MSUFCU.
*Must be 21 and older to register for this class. Identification will be required at class start.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
If you have any questions about the class or dietary concerns, contact Abie Kopacz at [email protected] or 517-999-3921 before the start of class.
