Body weight and small equipment exercise ladies only over 40 years old or there abouts.

Up to 10 stations, 2 circuits. You v You.

£7.50 per person per class. Payable by cash or card before the session.

Pre booking essential to guarantee a place as limited spaces.

All participants are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q).
