Join us for this monthly therapeutic art group where you will be guided to tap into your inner creativity and intuition. This is a group for both beginners and artists, with no experience necessary. If you are one who struggles with letting go of control or is dealing with mental health issues, this group will teach you how to tap into your creative flow and express your emotions through color and art. your gracious host will teach you somatic therapy skills as well as mindfulness and meditation techniques used to help you to intuitively, create. My studio is a very safe, creative and energetic space and is perfect for allowing the inner child and muse out to play!You will be given access to just about every medium of art there is to play with and each month you will get to choose something different! You will receive guidance from a licensed therapist and enjoy some music therapy as well during our experience. You will leave feeling more balanced and at peace and have a beautiful piece of self-expression to take home with you!
Self-Investment is $35 and includes all materials and instruction.
