In this two-day workshop, you will learn techniques for properly adhering printed papers to various surfaces, including selecting the best adhesives and substrates for your project. The course will also focus on building balanced and engaging compositions, with special emphasis on creating simple seascapes and/or landscapes. Participants are encouraged to bring favorite photos or magazine pictures of landscape or seascape scenes as visual references to be inspired by. Please also bring a varied selection of gelli plate prints in all colors and textures! If you don’t have gelli prints, Gloria has some that you can use. Students are required to bring their own supplies.
