Calling all yogis! This mixed level class is perfect for you wherever you are in your yoga journey. We will incorporate basics with opportunities to take the practice further according to what is right for you. Beginners can see what the next step is and challenge themselves when they feel ready. More experienced yogis can step into more advanced expressions of poses or dial it back depending on what they want on that particular day!
