Keep Me Breathing - Charity Tournament
Yellowave regulars James, Steph, Max (4) and Casper (2). This tournament is all about helping them raise money to create life changing equipment for the gorgeous Casper as well as for children across the world who suffer from the extremely rare disease Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome (CCHS) and Neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer.
James and Steph were told that Casper would have to be on a ventilator for the rest of his life, never being able to leave home alone, or sleep without someone awake in his room watching his sats monitor and life support machine. The same life as the 2500+ other children diagnosed with the disease, forever. James and Steph decided that this was not good enough. The technology to do something about this exists. The investment and drive did not. In under 15 months they've recruited a truly brilliant Scientific Advisory Board from the UK France and USA alongside a UK based engineering team. Now working with Cambridge University they are on a mission to raise £500K by May 2024 to achieve their 5 year goal. What these Yellowave regulars have achieved is unbelievable and we want to support them! So please sign up to this tournament knowing you are truly making a difference.
Please note tournaments go ahead in most weather conditions including rain and wind. Cancellation policy: You must give us one week notice to cancel your entry.
