Mix and Mingle Burlingame: A Joint Mixer with Burligame Parks & Recreation and The Rotary of Burlingame & Hillsborough
Join us for a joint mixer with the Burlingame Parks and Recreation Department and the Rotary Club of Burlingame & Hillsborough, sponsored by the Burlingame Chamber of Commerce! We are excited to invite you to their ribbon cutting located at 850 Burlingame Avenue, Seqouia Room A Burlingame.
The Rotary Club of Burlingame & Hillsborough, chartered on January 25th, 1925, has been in existence more than 85 of Rotary International's 100 years. They meet weekly for lunch to connect with one another in a congenial, relaxed atmosphere sharing not only a fine meal, but the experience of a fine speaker who will inform us on a variety of subjects from global politics to local schools, biotech to hi-tech or the state of our city. They are a part of a much larger organization of over 1.2 million men and women in more than 140 countries around the world.
The P&R Department builds community and belonging through places, programs, and people. The Department has three divisions: Parks, Recreation, and Aquatics. The Department offers a wide variety of classes and events and maintains and enhances open spaces, parks, athletic fields, playgrounds, fitness equipment, landscaping of City facilities, and the City’s Urban Forest.
