Magic in the Redwoods is a three day Magic: the Gathering convention from Friday March 21st through Sunday March 23rd at the Arcata Community Center in Arcata CA.
Event Badges:
-Day 1 Main Event- Modern $5K (128 player cap) -$65 entry and provides venue entry all 3 days.
-Day 2 Main Event- Sealed $5K (128 player cap) $80 entry and provides venue entry all 3 days.
-The Command Zone -$75 and provides venue entry all 3 days. This pass gives you a MITR Playmat and Die along with an exclusive play area. Organized casual, mid, CEDH, and 2 Headed Giant commander games (both random partners and chosen partners) all weekend. Limited spots available, maximum 76 players. Hosted by Pedro, previous owner of Lost Coast Wizards.
All Weekend:
-On Demand Events; Such as Sealed, Draft, Commander, Constructed Win-A-Box and more- price varies by format.
-RK Post- MTG Artist selling art and signing cards
-Vendors selling and buying cards from your collection
-Unique Handcrafted Items
-Cosplay Contest on Sunday with $250 Cash for 1st Place and a $200 Gift Basket for 2nd
-Board Game room hosted by Dandar's Boardgames and Books.
-Food Trucks
