About this Event
WinterSun are excited to bring to the 2024 festival "Mitchies Ripple Race". This race has been introduced due to feedback from last years swimmers and families. Ripple Racers is for the young at heart, aged between 8 and 16 years old. The race will start with a 100 metre run to the sand spit followed by a 100 metre splash n dash to the finish line. Great prizes to be won, as well as bragging rights that you did it! We love seeing families at the iconic Mitchies Jetty so come on down for this inaugural "Ripple Racer's" event for 2024.
It’s also fun, fresh and free. You can warm up afterwards with a delicious hot chocolate and donut from the crew at Mitchies Espresso Bar or a BBQ breakfast from Merimbula's Marine Rescue.
Swim starts at 10:00am with registrations and check in from 8am.
