Created in collaboration with Destination Missoula and Xplorer Maps, this map captures the spirit, history, and natural beauty of our beloved city. We’re also celebrating the 1st Anniversary of Xplorer Maps Missoula store with a Griz Tailgate Party, complete with food, drinks, music, and community fun!

The Story Behind the Missoula Map
This Missoula map has been a long-time dream for Xplorer Maps co-founder Greg Robitaille. For nearly a decade, Greg envisioned a hand-drawn map that would pay homage to his adopted hometown of Missoula. The perfect opportunity finally arrived during our store's Grand Opening in 2023, when Emily Rolston, Group Sales Manager for Destination Missoula, approached Greg about creating a custom Missoula map. With a shared vision, Greg and Emily joined forces to bring this map to life.
Over the past year, a collaborative team, including Xplorer Maps co-founder and illustrator Chris Robitaille, dedicated themselves to capturing the stories, landmarks, and natural beauty that define Missoula. This map doesn’t just navigate; it inspires, illustrating Missoula’s rich history, wildlife, and community spirit.
